Rules for using Ture Rent Buy as a guest or host under BiH / FBiH law.
Last updated: August 2026. These Terms govern use of the Ture Rent Buy website and booking services operated from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
1. Who we are
Ture Rent Buy (“we”, “us”) operates a multi-language online marketplace for accommodation, tours and vehicle rental. Contact details are on the Contact page. Company identification details (name, seat, ID numbers) are shown on invoices and contracts issued after booking.
2. Acceptance
By browsing the site, creating an account, sending an inquiry or completing a booking you accept these Terms, the Cancellation policy and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Service description
We publish listings and enable online booking and payment (card via Monri/Stripe where available, PayPal, or bank transfer). We act primarily as an intermediary between guests and hosts/suppliers. The host or supplier is the party that provides the stay, tour or vehicle, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate data. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated no-shows.
5. Bookings and contract
A booking request becomes binding when we (or the host through us) confirm it and the required payment is received according to the chosen method. You will receive a confirmation code, and after payment verification a voucher and contract. Signature of the contract may be required before the PDF is downloadable.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency configured for the site (e.g. BAM or EUR). Deposits, balances and extras are calculated at checkout. Bank-transfer bookings require proof of payment; card and PayPal bookings are confirmed by the payment provider. Chargebacks made in bad faith may lead to account blocking and collection of unpaid amounts.
7. Guest obligations
- Arrive and leave within stated check-in / check-out times unless agreed otherwise.
- Respect house rules, local law and the rights of neighbours.
- Leave the property in a reasonable condition; you may be charged for damage beyond normal wear.
- Hold a valid driving licence and meet age rules for car rental.
8. Host / supplier obligations
Hosts must keep calendars accurate, honour confirmed bookings, disclose mandatory fees and tourist tax, and ensure the unit is safe and as described. False photos or overbooking may lead to removal from the platform.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations follow the page How we work & cancellation policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under FBiH / BiH law remain unaffected where they apply.
10. Consumer information (FBiH / BiH)
Where you buy as a consumer, information about the main characteristics of the service, total price, payment, performance and complaint handling is provided on the listing and booking pages before you pay. Complaints can be sent via the Contact page. We respond within a reasonable time and keep a record of the complaint.
11. Intellectual property
Site design, trademarks and our own content are protected. Listing photos and texts remain the responsibility of the uploader, who grants us a licence to display them for marketing the listing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, host/supplier failures outside our control, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life and health where such exclusion is void under applicable law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with particular regard to regulations applicable in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for consumers residing there. Courts in the seat of our company have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies to new bookings from the date of publication. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.
