How to book: Monri or Stripe card, PayPal, or bank transfer. A payment slip is required only for bank transfer.
1. Choose what you want to book
Open Stays, Tours or Car rental. Open a listing, check photos, amenities, rules and the price per night, day or person.
2. Dates and guests
Pick arrival and departure (or tour date). Enter how many guests. The calendar blocks dates that are already reserved.
3. Checkout details
Enter first name, last name, email and phone. These details go on the booking, contract and voucher. You can add extras (transfer, chef, insurance) before paying.
4. Pay in full or pay a deposit
Full payment settles the booking now. A deposit (usually 30%) holds the dates; the remaining balance is due later as shown on the booking page.
5. Payment methods
- Card · Monri (Bosnia and Herzegovina) — pay with a local or regional card. After a successful charge the booking is confirmed automatically. You do not upload a payment slip.
- Card · Stripe — kept for guests who can pay through Stripe. Stripe currently has no full support for Bosnia and Herzegovina as a merchant country, so this option is for international cards where available. After success the booking is confirmed immediately. No slip.
- PayPal — you pay in PayPal and return to your booking page. No slip.
- Bank transfer — the only method that waits for a proof of payment. The booking is created with status “waiting for verification”. Transfer the amount due now to our IBAN, put the confirmation code as the payment reference, then upload a photo or PDF of the bank slip.
Proof of payment is required only for bank transfer. Monri, Stripe and PayPal are confirmed by the payment provider. Do not send a slip if you paid by card or PayPal — we will not wait for one.
6. Bank transfer proof (bank transfer only)
This step exists only if you chose bank transfer. Until an administrator confirms the slip, the voucher is not issued. You can replace the file if you uploaded the wrong one. Use the confirmation code in the bank reference so we can match the payment quickly. Card and PayPal bookings skip this step.
7. Confirmation, voucher and contract
When payment is confirmed you receive a confirmation code, a QR voucher for check-in and a PDF contract you can sign. Keep the code — it is your booking reference.
8. Questions or changes
Use the Contact page, WhatsApp or the inquiry form on a listing. An administrator will reply from the same inbox.
