How booking works (guest)

On Ture Rent Buy you can browse stays, tours and cars. When you request a booking, our team checks availability and confirms or declines it. After confirmation you pay a deposit (usually 30% of the total) or the full amount, depending on the option you choose at checkout. The deposit payment window is 48 hours from confirmation unless another deadline is shown on your booking page. You receive email updates for each important step.

How listing works (hosts / suppliers)

Property owners, tour providers and fleet partners who want to list with us should contact us via the Contact page, phone or WhatsApp published on the site. We review the listing, photos, prices and legal status before publishing.

Fair-use protection

We aim to protect guests and hosts from fake bookings and unfair behaviour.

We may block a guest who: does not show up for a confirmed stay; behaves abusively or illegally; or repeatedly breaches house rules.

We may remove a listing if a host: behaves abusively; cancels on arrival after a confirmed booking; adds hidden fees; or changes the price on site without agreement.

• Published prices must include all mandatory stay fees (local tourist tax may be collected separately and must be clearly stated).
• Hosts warrant that they own or are licensed to use listing photos.
• Ture Rent Buy acts as an intermediary between the guest and the host / supplier under applicable BiH rules.
• Hosts remain responsible for collecting tourist tax where required by local law.

Guest cancellation (stays)

• If the guest cancels without a justified reason less than 30 days before check-in, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
• Transaction and accounting costs are 10% of the deposit and are deducted from any refund we process.
• With suitable evidence (force majeure, serious illness, death in the family, injury, etc.) the guest may cancel up to 5 days before arrival. In that case we refund the deposit minus the 10% transaction cost, after review.
• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (Contact form or email) with the booking confirmation code and supporting documents.

Host cancellation

A host may cancel up to one month before arrival only in exceptional cases. The guest then receives a refund of the deposit minus 10% transaction costs, or — if the guest prefers — an alternative of equal or better standard.

If the host cancels after the guest has paid and does not notify us at least one month before arrival, we refund 100% of the paid deposit (or offer an alternative) and may remove the listing and withhold the host’s earnings for that booking period.

Tours and car rental

Tour and vehicle cancellations follow the same deposit and 30-day / 5-day framework unless a listing states stricter supplier rules. Those listing rules prevail when they are clearer for the guest and shown before payment.

We are not liable for: indirect losses; loss of profit; reputation harm; inaccurate calendars, photos or reviews provided by third parties; injuries or property damage at the rented unit; no-shows; overbooking by hosts; or events outside our control. We work to improve the experience for everyone, but using the platform means accepting these Terms and this cancellation policy.
